1、成形机器人 Robots for Pressing

　　直线型机器人：单轴线性模组的多重组合配套标准舟皿切换系统或智能舟皿切换系统，其特点是结构简单、具有高效率、高稳定性。

Linear Robot: It is designed to be a combination of linear manipula-tors together equipped with standard or smart trays system.

　　多关节机器人：多关节工业机械手配套标准舟皿切换系统（或智能舟皿切换系统）。这类机器人功能全、适用范围广。

Multi-articulated Robot：It is designedto be one multiarticulated manipulator together equipped with standard or smart trays system.

2、舟皿切换系统：Trays System

　　标准舟皿切换系统：有装载位和满载位二个舟皿位置，其中装载位有一个装载舟皿和下方的一个空舟皿、满载位有上下两个舟皿。

Standard Trays System: The system has two tray positions of loading and loaded in the same level. Under loading tray there is one empty

tray standing by and there are two loaded trays on loaded position

for taking away.

　　智能舟皿切换系统：有装载位和满舟位二个舟皿位置，二个舟皿位置之下分别是空舟皿库和满载舟皿库。舟皿库的所有舟皿分别稳固地置于可互换的专用舟皿小车上。

Smart Trays System: The system has two tray positions of loading and loaded. Under loading position is empty trays stacked and under loaded position is loaded trays stacked. All loaded and empty trays are stably stacked on specially designed trollies separately.

3、定制机器人软件：Customized software for Robot

　　为客户量身开发的成形软件系统，全面满足客户对成形过程质量控制和管理的要求，还可以与客户的工厂管理系统无缝对接。

The software for robot is customized to satisfy the customer in quality control and production management of pressing process. It is also open for easy connecting to other customer software if necessary.
